The reason you have not received the e-mail may be any of the following.

A wrong e-mail address was entered
Please check the e-mail address you entered when booking your flight on the Check reservation page (Login page). -
The e-mail was automatically sorted into the spam folder
Please search for the e-mail by the above title or sender address in your inbox. -
Domain/e-mail address blocking
If you have set your e-mail to receive e-mails only from specific domains in order not to receive spam messages, please change your setting so that e-mails from staging.inkcompute.com can be received, log in to the Check reservation page on the website of AirJapan, and have the e-mail resent.
