If you wish to transfer
You can change your itinerary within 14 days of the departure date of your reserved flight if seats are available.
If the scheduled departure time has passed, no transfers will be made. Please note that our call center cannot accept transfers. -
If you would like to be refund
We will accept refunds without charge.
Please click the "Cancel Reservation" button on the "Reservation Confirmation" screen above on the AirJapan website to issue a refund.
